Health Monitoring/Psychiatric Services
Health Monitoring Services are provided by an on-staff Nurse who ensures that each resident receives an initial health screening assessment and at least yearly examinations by a physician.
Leisure Time Services
Leisure time services are designed to maximize meaningful and productive activities in the community as well as at home. The staff stresses community involvement through frequent attendance at activities and utilization of various resources in the Dane County area . Residents have the opportunity to structure their leisure time individually and through group consensus, visiting the library, local shopping centers, malls, restaurants, picnics in numerous parks, sporting events, and special community events.
Personal Care Services
Personal care services are provided by BLUEPRINT CARE LLC that assist and support the residents in activities of daily living as specified in the residents' Individual Service Plans.
Respite Care
Persons may be admitted for respite care for up to 28 consecutive days. Persons receiving respite care will normally not have an individualized program plan, but will have an interim plan developed to meet the short-term needs of the individual. Persons accepted for respite will need to be programmatically compatible with the permanent residents of the home
Medication Administration, Management and Monitoring
Medications will be administered either by the staff or by the individual as appropriate for the individual and is monitored by trained and certified staff. Medication administration by authorized staff will occur only when ordered by a physician.
Skill Development Programs
At BLUEPRINT CARE LLC, we believe in promoting self-sufficiency and personal growth. Our skill development programs are carefully crafted to help individuals gain the tools they need to live more independently and confidently. This includes everything from practical life skills, such as cooking and budgeting, to social and communication skills that facilitate active community involvement
Disability Care
Our specialized disability care services are tailored for individuals living with developmental and physical disabilities. Our compassionate and highly trained team provides consistent, thoughtful support that empowers clients to achieve a greater level of independence. From mobility support to social engagement and community activities, we create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and included.
